About the role

We’re hiring a Video Editor to craft scroll-stopping social content and high-converting ad creatives — reels, shorts, YouTube, and website videos — across real client projects in multiple industries.

What you’ll do

• Edit videos for social media ads, reels, shorts, YouTube, and website use
• Create performance-driven ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads (YouTube), and other platforms
• Add animations and effects that lift retention and conversion
• Design high-converting thumbnails
• Optimise content based on performance metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team on briefs and campaigns
• Keep the asset library organised and incorporate feedback from performance reports

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
• Subtitle and text-animation experience
• Knowledge of social-media video formats and aspect ratios
• Color correction and audio balancing
• Thumbnail design in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• 1+ years in video editing and content creation

Bonus points

• Motion graphics and animation
• YouTube growth and ad-thumbnail experience
• Understanding of marketing funnels
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Descript, CapCut AI)
