Frontend Web Developer

About the role

We’re hiring a Frontend Web Developer to maintain our WordPress sites and build fast, modern, high-converting landing pages for SEO and paid-media campaigns — using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.

What you’ll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise WordPress sites using child themes, custom hooks, ACF, and the REST API
• Build responsive, high-converting landing pages with Next.js, Astro, Tailwind, Webflow, or Framer
• Optimise for Core Web Vitals — 90+ PageSpeed scores
• Implement semantic HTML5, JSON-LD schema, and technical-SEO structure
• Connect forms to CRMs via webhooks and REST APIs (Make, n8n, Zapier, Cloudflare)
• Set up Google Tag Manager and data-layer form tracking
• Use AI coding tools to ship faster — while reviewing the generated code

What we’re looking for

• Strong HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• WordPress: Custom Post Types, ACF, PHP basics
• React, Next.js, or Astro experience
• Deployment on Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare
• Proficiency with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Chrome DevTools
• REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Git
• Active use of AI coding tools
• 2–4 years of hands-on frontend development on live projects
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Bonus points

• Headless CMS experience
• n8n or Make automation workflows
• Programmatic page builds at scale
• Personal projects or tools built independently
