How and when KD Digital delivers each product. Everything is digital — nothing is physically shipped. AI Radar tiers deliver instantly (magic-link); written audits within 5-14 business days; retainer work starts the next business day after a verified payment.

1. Service type — digital only

KD Digital provides the AI Radar AI brand visibility tool (5 tiers), local SEO retainers, AI search optimization (AEO & GEO), Google Business Profile management, citation building, content production, and analytics services. All deliverables are digital — there is no physical product or shipping. Reports, dashboards, scan results, and account changes are delivered via:

• AI Radar dashboard at kunaldabi.com/ai-radar/results/?scan=<id>, plus a magic-link emailed to your inbox immediately after payment.
• Direct edits in your Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, GA4, Local Falcon, BrightLocal, and similar tools (with your granted access).
• Written reports delivered as PDF and Notion pages via email.
• Live walkthroughs over Zoom / Google Meet.
• Day-to-day communication via email and WhatsApp.

2. AI Radar tiers — delivery timelines

The AI Radar product line has five tiers. Each scans the same six engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Microsoft Copilot — but at different keyword/city scopes, and with different human review.

2.1 🎁 Free Preview ($0)

• Now: Submit URL + city + email on /ai-radar/.
• ~30 seconds: 1-keyword query runs on ChatGPT with your city as the buyer location.
• Immediately: Result rendered on dashboard + emailed to you.
• Limit: 1 preview per email / IP / browser / target-domain per 24 hours (Cloudflare Turnstile + 4-layer rate limit).

2.2 ⚡ Lite Scan (₹499 / $6 one-time)

• Within ~1 minute of payment: Razorpay confirms → Resend emails you a single-use magic-link to /ai-radar/?paid_token=… (valid 7 days).
• You click the link: Wizard unlocks. Crawl your URL, brainstorm 30 keywords (~15 sec), pick 6, confirm engines + city.
• 3–8 minutes: Live scan runs 36 queries (6 keywords × 6 engines × 1 city) with city-level geo-targeting via residential IPs.
• On completion: Results dashboard renders with competitor leaderboard, per-engine sentiment, per-engine action plan, full chat-style replies. Dashboard URL emailed for revisits.
• No human review, no written PDF. This is the self-serve tier.

2.3 🛰️ Snapshot Audit ($99 / ₹8,200 one-time)

• Within ~1 minute of payment: Magic-link emailed (7-day TTL).
• You run the scan: 540+ queries (30 keywords × 6 engines × 3 cities). 5-15 minutes live.
• Day 1-4: Kunal personally reviews your dashboard, scan results, and entity-graph data.
• By day 5 (business days): 20–30 page written PDF audit emailed. Includes prioritised fix list, schema markup recommendations, 90-day implementation roadmap.

2.4 🔍 Deep Audit ($499 / ₹41,500 one-time)

• Within ~1 minute of payment: Magic-link emailed + Calendly link for the 30-min strategy call.
• You run the scan: 1,800+ queries (60 keywords × 6 engines × 5 cities).
• Day 1-5: Kunal reviews and prepares the deeper analysis (competitor entity-graph deep-dive, JSON-LD schema blocks ready to paste, citation-lift estimates per fix).
• By day 7 (business days): 40-page PDF emailed + 30-min strategy call held within the same window.

2.5 🎯 Strategic Audit ($1,997 / ₹1,66,000 one-time)

• Within ~1 minute of payment: Magic-link emailed + Calendly link for the kickoff call.
• You run the scan: 3,000+ queries (100 keywords × 6 engines × 5 cities).
• Day 1-3: Kickoff Zoom call (60 min) with Kunal.
• By day 14 (business days): 60-page PDF + 90-day action plan emailed. Includes Wikipedia/Wikidata entry strategy, 50-publication outreach list.
• Day 30: Second strategy call held.
• Day 90: Repeat scan automatically runs (same scope) so you can measure citation lift across all 6 engines.

3. Other products

3.1 Monthly retainers (Single-location, Multi-location, Franchise)

• Day 0 (payment received): Confirmation email with onboarding checklist.
• Day 1–2: 30-min onboarding call. You grant access to GBP, GSC, GA4, and review the initial Geo-Grid baseline.
• Day 3–7: Audit complete. 30-day action plan delivered. Citation cleanup begins.
• Week 2–4: Live work — citations, schema, content, reviews velocity setup, GBP optimization. Mid-month progress update.
• End of month 1: First full monthly report delivered (Geo-Grid heatmap + GSC + GA4 + GBP Insights). Cycle restarts.

3.2 60-minute strategy call

• Within 24 hours of payment: Calendly link sent. You pick a 60-min slot within the next 7 days.
• The call: Live Zoom with Kunal. Recording + summary notes sent within 24h of the call.

4. Service hours & response times

• Working hours: 09:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Friday (covers US Eastern evenings, UK afternoons, AU mornings).
• Email response: Within 1 business day. Urgent items via WhatsApp.
• Reporting cadence: Weekly Geo-Grid + monthly full report for retainers; one-off delivery for audits.

5. Where we serve

Globally — 17+ countries currently active including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Singapore, UAE, Germany, France, Greece, Cambodia, China. There is no geographic restriction on the service; all delivery is remote/digital.

6. Your responsibilities (so I can deliver)

For me to do the work effectively, you'll need to provide:

• Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile (so I can post, respond to reviews, update info).
• Search Console + GA4 user access (read or edit) so I can pull baseline + monitor changes.
• Website edit access (CMS login, FTP, or Github depending on stack) — or willingness to ship the edits I send within a reasonable timeframe.
• Approval lead time on content and major changes — typically 48 hours for review.
• Honest reporting on what's happening in your business (new locations, name changes, promotional events) — those affect Local SEO results.

7. What slows things down

Honest disclosure of dependencies that have caused projects to slow:

• Delayed access grants to GBP / GSC / GA4 (most common cause of week-1 slippage).
• NAP inconsistencies that need legal/finance approval to clean up.
• GBP verification or reinstatement issues (Google's process, not ours — can take 7–30 days).
• Slow approval cycles on content / posts / responses (when waiting for client sign-off).

8. No physical shipping

Because all services are digital, there is no shipping address, no tracking, no delivery courier, no customs. The "delivery" of the service is the work being performed on your accounts and the reports being sent to your email.

9. Service suspension & termination

I may pause service if:

• Payment for the current cycle has not been received within 7 days of the invoice due date.
• Access required for me to do the work has been revoked.
• Client conduct violates the Terms of Service.

You may cancel ongoing retainers at any time with 30 days written notice. See the Refund Policy for refund treatment of cancelled engagements.
