How and when KD Digital delivers its services. All services are digital — nothing is physically shipped. Delivery starts on the next business day after a verified payment.

1. Service type — digital only
KD Digital provides SEO consulting, local search optimization, AI search optimization (AEO & GEO), Google Business Profile management, citation building, content production, and analytics services. All deliverables are digital — there is no physical product or shipping. Reports, dashboards, screenshots, and account changes are delivered via:
- Direct edits in your Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, GA4, Local Falcon, BrightLocal, and similar tools (with your granted access).
- Written reports delivered as PDF and Notion pages via email.
- Live walkthroughs over Zoom / Google Meet.
- Day-to-day communication via email and WhatsApp.
2. Delivery timeline by product
2.1 Monthly retainers (Single-location, Multi-location, Franchise)
- Day 0 (payment received): Confirmation email with onboarding checklist.
- Day 1–2: 30-min onboarding call. You grant access to GBP, GSC, GA4, and review the initial Geo-Grid baseline.
- Day 3–7: Audit complete. 30-day action plan delivered. Citation cleanup begins.
- Week 2–4: Live work — citations, schema, content, reviews velocity setup, GBP optimization. Mid-month progress update.
- End of month 1: First full monthly report delivered (Geo-Grid heatmap + GSC + GA4 + GBP Insights). Cycle restarts.
2.2 Paid AI search audit (one-time)
- Within 4 hours of payment: Confirmation email + intake questionnaire.
- Day 1–2: 50-prompt sweep across 12 AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek, Meta AI, Grok, Mistral, Kimi, You.com, Phind).
- Day 3: Schema + entity audit, competitor benchmark mapping.
- Day 4–5: Final 20–30 page PDF report + Notion summary delivered via email.
2.3 60-minute strategy call
- Within 24 hours of payment: Calendly link sent. You pick a 60-min slot within the next 7 days.
- The call: Live Zoom with Kunal. Recording + summary notes sent within 24h of the call.
3. Service hours & response times
- Working hours: 09:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Friday (covers US Eastern evenings, UK afternoons, AU mornings).
- Email response: Within 1 business day. Urgent items via WhatsApp.
- Reporting cadence: Weekly Geo-Grid + monthly full report for retainers; one-off delivery for audits.
4. Where we serve
Globally — 17+ countries currently active including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Singapore, UAE, Germany, France, Greece, Cambodia, China. There is no geographic restriction on the service; all delivery is remote/digital.
5. Your responsibilities (so I can deliver)
For me to do the work effectively, you'll need to provide:
- Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile (so I can post, respond to reviews, update info).
- Search Console + GA4 user access (read or edit) so I can pull baseline + monitor changes.
- Website edit access (CMS login, FTP, or Github depending on stack) — or willingness to ship the edits I send within a reasonable timeframe.
- Approval lead time on content and major changes — typically 48 hours for review.
- Honest reporting on what's happening in your business (new locations, name changes, promotional events) — those affect Local SEO results.
6. What slows things down
Honest disclosure of dependencies that have caused projects to slow:
- Delayed access grants to GBP / GSC / GA4 (most common cause of week-1 slippage).
- NAP inconsistencies that need legal/finance approval to clean up.
- GBP verification or reinstatement issues (Google's process, not ours — can take 7–30 days).
- Slow approval cycles on content / posts / responses (when waiting for client sign-off).
I'll flag any of these the moment they arise so we can solve them together.
7. No physical shipping
Because all services are digital, there is no shipping address, no tracking, no delivery courier, no customs. The "delivery" of the service is the work being performed on your accounts and the reports being sent to your email.
8. Service suspension & termination
I may pause service if:
- Payment for the current cycle has not been received within 7 days of the invoice due date.
- Access required for me to do the work has been revoked.
- Client conduct violates the Terms of Service.
You may cancel ongoing retainers at any time with 30 days written notice. See the Refund Policy for refund treatment of cancelled engagements.
