Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of kunaldabi.com and any SEO consulting engagement with Kunal Singh Dabi or KD Digital ("we", "our", "us"). By using this website or engaging us as a consultant, you agree to these terms.

Engagement terms

• No annual lock-ins. All retainers are month-to-month.
• 30-day notice. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice (email is sufficient).
• Billing. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Projects are billed 50% upfront / 50% on delivery.
• GST. All Indian invoices are GST-compliant (we are GST-registered). International clients receive zero-GST export invoices.
• Payment methods. INR via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, Razorpay. USD via Wire, Stripe, Wise, PayPal.

What we deliver

Specific deliverables are scoped in your engagement letter. Standard local-SEO retainers include: GBP optimisation, weekly geo-grid scans, Share-of-Local-Voice (SoLV) reporting, citation building, schema markup, content shipping, and review-management automation. Each Monday at 09:00 IST you receive a single-page proof report.

What we don't promise

• We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings. SEO is influenced by Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and factors outside our control.
• We do not promise "page 1 in 30 days" or any specific revenue outcome.
• What we do promise: the methodology (Geo-Grid + SoLV), the cadence (weekly Monday reports), and the transparency (you see what moved and what didn't).

Refund policy

Retainers are billed in advance for the upcoming month's work. Once that month's work has been delivered, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you receive the remaining work for that month (we do not partially refund). Project work follows the 50/50 schedule — the upfront 50% is non-refundable once work begins.

Intellectual property

• Your data, your IP. Content, brand assets, GBP, and websites you provide remain your IP.
• Our methodology. The Geo-Grid + SoLV + Prove-It Protocol methodology, our internal tooling, and our processes remain our IP.
• Deliverables. All content, schema, citations, and reports we produce for you become your IP at the end of the engagement (subject to outstanding invoices).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
