1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the add-on or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2) The service

• GSC Hidden Data Extractor is a Google Sheets add-on that helps users export Google Search Console data into Google Sheets.
• Data access is performed only after user authorization and only for properties the user owns or can access.
• Features may include optional scheduling and optional email notifications (if enabled by the user).

3) User responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and Search Console properties.
• You must comply with Google’s policies and applicable laws when using exported data.
• You must not use the service to violate privacy, security, or intellectual property rights.

4) Permissions & OAuth

• The add-on requests Google OAuth scopes needed to read Search Console data, write to Sheets, display UI, run scripts/triggers, and (optionally) send email notifications.

5) No warranties

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of external API data, or specific SEO outcomes.

6) Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for losses due to Google API changes, account access issues, or user misuse.

7) Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time and revoke Google account access in your Google Account settings.
• We may suspend access if required by law, policy, or misuse of the service.

8) Changes to terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
